- It offers services like daily meals for corporate employees ( serviced through a central kitchen), onsite catering services and also offers banqueting services.
- In the last 5 years The Mom's Gourmet has been able to create an identity of its own and has been able to bridge the gap between hotel services and catering companies.
- The Mom's Gourmet employs more than 100 people including a team of 4 senior chef & 2 F&B Manager to cater to its clients needs. It operates a 15,000 sq.ft central kitchen in Doddanekkundi, Industrial Ares, Hoodi , Bangalore.
- It has a separate Quality Management and Assurance unit which samples all food going out from the central kitchen
- The company has also established a separate Central Purchase Unit (CPU) spread over 1,500 sq.ft to handle all its inventory supplies.
- The Mom's Gourmet is build as ISO 22000:2018 standards and has also implemented a customized ERP solution to help it function smoothly.
