Employee meals

The Mom's Gourmet menu is moderate sized, and moderately low priced offering a collection of ethnic and indian items with a common theme -- healthy (low-fat, low cholesterol, natural ingredients), flavourful, and familiar.

Executive working lunch

The executive working lunches would have 2 styles of service.

For business luncheon meeting, the chefs have designed light and nutritious packed lunch menus. The packing material being used for the same would be in trays/Boxes with containers, which could be easily warmed in microwave oven.

The food items in the menu for these lunches would be bite size, the purpose of the same being, that there is no disturbance created during meals in a meeting.

The design of containers is engineered to ensure that the food served during any meal could be served in its freshest state.

Conference Lunch / Dinner

In case of conference lunches / dinners with buffet service the menus have been designed keeping in mind

• The balance in texture, nutrients and colour.
• The menus for such lunch food have dry and bite size food to enable a quick and light meal.
• The presentation of food would be a highlight in all styles of service.

Corporate events

The corporate events would have:

• Special high delegate cocktail dinners
• Team dinners, Family days and Parties

Social events

Social events would be categorized as follows

• Weddings
• Private social gatherings
• Parties for special occasions
